Norms set for the discharge of functions

A reference/PUC is put up the dealing assistant to the Office Superintedent, who after its examination forward it to respective Deputy Secretary. He being the lowest officer competent to take decision in any matter in accordance with the departmental instructions prescribing the level of final disposal.
