Citizens have easy access to relevant information through the website of the department. Department has one designated PIO and one designated APIO. Citizens also have the facility to access relevant information through RTI’s.
Facility of online public grievance System ID also provided. Citizen can easily lodge their grievances either on on line grievance portal “https://pgms.delhi.gov.in” or Hon’ble Lt. Governor’s on line public grievance portal "https://listeningpostdelhilg.in/".
