RIGHT TO INFORMATION AND OBLIGATIONS OF PUBLIC AUTHORITIES UNDER SECTION 4 OF THE ACT.

ADMINISTRATION BRANCH

The Administration branch of Urban Development Department is looking after the administrative work of all gazetted officers as well as non-gazetted officials. Besides this administration section is looking after the work of care-taking of the department also.

The organization set up of Administration Section is as under;

  1. Pr. Secretary (UD)
  2. Special Secretary (Admn.)
  3. Deputy Secretary(Admn.)

The following is the categories of documents held by the branch:

  1. Personal files and service books of all the officers/official working on the strength of the department
  2. Logbook, history sheets of departmental vehicles.
  3. Purchase files.
  4. All files/registers relating to care-taking. 

In addition to this administration section looks after the administrative as well as care-taking work of Delhi Finance Commission as and when the same is in operation.
