The concept of Asian Network of Major Cities 21 (ANMC-21) was conceived in the first meeting of the four asian cities (Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, Seoul & Delhi) in Kuala Lumpur on 28/08/2000.
The idea was to provide an intercity network of asian capitals and major cities which by strengthening bonds and co-operation among major asian cities, enhances the international profile of asia and undertakes joint projects on common tasks.
